Ronnie West, Esq.
West was born and raised in Campbell County, Virginia, and is a James Madison Alumni. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2013 from George Mason University School of Law and began working in private practice in 2014. Most of his first year was spent focusing on representing citizens in the City of Emporia and County of Greensville with criminal charges.
In January of 2015, West accepted a job as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, also in Emporia. He was privileged to have excellent coworkers and supervisors who allowed him handle a wide variety of complicated criminal prosecutions. Three-and-a-half years later he decided to return to private practice and use the knowledge gained to help in a different way. Thus, West returned home to the Lynchburg area and opened his own practice, West Law Firm PLC, to help the citizens of the community where he grew up.
Brittany Roark, Esq.
Roark grew up in Lynchburg and attended Christopher Newport University in Newport News, where she doubled majored in Political Science and American Studies. After college she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Liberty University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she interned at the Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney's Office and accepted a position as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney.
She worked at the Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney's Office for 5 years and then transitioned over to private practice. Roark handles cases ranging from misdemeanor petit larcenies/shoplifting all the way to felony robbery charges, and more.
